TITULO VI : DEL SECRETARIO GENERAL Y DEL SECRETARIO PERMANENTE

Artículo 18º .- Corresponde al Secretario General o al Secretario Permanente en su reemplazo:

  1. Asistir a las Asambleas Plenarias y sesiones del Comité Ejecutivo, redactando las actas respectivas. las que asentará en el libro respectivo y firmará con el presidente.
  2. Firmar con el presidente la correspondencia y toda la documentación de la asociación.
  3. Citar a las reuniones del Comité Ejecutivo de acuerdo a lo prescripto por el artículo 14.
  4. Llevar el libro de actas, y conjuntamente con el tesorero, el registro de asociados.
  5. El Secretario Permanente ejercerá sus funciones en la Capital Federal.
